The bistrot within the Manta building is positioned alongside the pool, directly facing the landscaped park, creating a seamless connection between water, greenery, and dining. With 350 seats, it serves as a dynamic social hub throughout the day and evening. During the day, the bistrot caters to swimmers and fitness users, offering light meals and refreshments, while in the evening it transforms into a vibrant destination for aperitifs and dinners, allowing visitors to enjoy the illuminated pool and garden. Above the bistrot, a panoramic terrace with an additional bar doubles the hospitality capacity, providing a spectacular setting for events, social gatherings, and relaxation with sweeping views over the pool and park. FABRIC’s interior design embraces a refined industrial aesthetic, reflecting the building’s structure with exposed concrete slabs, visible technical installations, and full-height windows. Warm materials and thoughtful finishes balance the industrial character, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Large openings and visual connections with the outdoors enhance the dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, making the bistrot and its terrace a living social experience at the heart of the Manta and the regenerated community hub.
