“New touch... for alternative uses"

The main real estate company Risanamento, commissioned Fabric to provide a design concept for a retail premises in central Milan. In order to fullfill the different requests of the market Fabric designed alternative options: office use or retail. The office option organizes the space in two main areas: a welcome area with the reception desk and the support meeting room, and an operative area organized with workstations in open space connected to the private patio.Another option studies the opportunity to host a showroom inside the premises. A gallery is displayed all along the main street in order to be visible from the outside and to gain at the same time the natural light to expose artworks. Both these options are rappresented with a dedicated palette of materials and finishes for the potential tenant.
