PRIVATE HERITAGE HOUSE
Residential
Historic charm with contemporary elegance
FABRIC was directly selected by the client, who entrusted the studio with full confidence in its creativity and original design approach. This prestigious residential project, located in a Liberty-style palazzo on Milan’s Corso Venezia, merges historic charm with contemporary elegance. The home features an expansive triple living room with marmorino-finished walls, full-height custom furnishings, flush glass doors, and a concealed bookcase hiding a piano area. Daytime areas are carefully zoned: the living rooms overlook a centuries-old garden, while the kitchen faces a quiet internal courtyard. Bedrooms offer generous, tranquil spaces with marble-clad bathrooms and dark custom furnishings. A continuous oak parquet in a casellario pattern flows throughout the entire residence, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and gym, creating a cohesive, refined atmosphere. State-of-the-art lighting, home automation, and climate systems are seamlessly integrated, enhancing comfort while remaining discreet. The project celebrates the Liberty spirit of the palazzo while translating it into today’s standards of luxury living: a rare dialogue between heritage and modernity, where design, craftsmanship, and light converge to create an exceptional private residence.
