“Mood tecnologico industriale”

UNIPOL SAI commissioned FABRIC to provide a complete interior design project for a main portion of its historical building situated in central Milan. At the ground floor FABRIC redefined the style of the common areas including the reception area and the lift lobby. FABRIC provided a fully dedicated palette of materials strongly connected to the historical heritage of the building. At the main floors the concept design is based on a “smart working” approach. An open plan mixed with common areas, informal meeting areas and temporary workstations guarantee a good space efficiency and flexibility. FABRIC provided a full dedicacted palette of materials strongly connected with the brand identity of the incoming tenant.
